Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl Underwood is a comic as well as a host on television and actor from the US. She is best known for her work as The Talk's daytime co-host. Born in Arkansas she grew up at Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl comes from a family that has had numerous issues. She grew up looking after her sibling Frankie. Frankie was a victim of polio. In her early years, she had a relationship with mother was rocky. Sheryl stated that at one point her mother attacked the father of her child because she was too closer to her. Sheryl joined military after graduating from college. However her interest lay in comedy. She was the first woman to be a finalist in the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. She began her TV career when she was a frequent performer at the HBO Comedy Show Def Comedy Jam in 1992. She appeared in the show Oh Drama! as the host in the year 2000. Presently, she is a co-host on Talk Talk since 2011. In addition she has also been in fictional roles on shows such as Bulworth Nikki and Beauty Shop.
